THIS YARN ARTIST'S STORY ...
I can't stop knitting! I started about 25 years ago. And haven't put my needles down since. I read stitch pattern books like many people read novels. Yes, I am a knitoholic. And whenever I go to a store that carries yarn, I just about panic. It's a danger zone for me, because I find it hard to control myself. I can see soooo many new sweaters or scarves, or ponchos (you get the idea) with each yarn I see. Patience and control are hard to come by when yarn is involved. And there are so many nice yarns out there - some very, very expensive, and some very, very affordable! nice stuff too!
I also love to teach knitting. It is a wonderful art to share and have others enjoy, too. If you're in the south bay area, take one of my classes -
